What types of qualifications can the Certificate of Conformity be issued of?

It can be issued concerning

• the diploma in general medicine
• certain specialist qualifications in medicine
• the diploma in general dentistry,
• certain specialist qualifications in dentistry
• the diploma in pharmacy
• the diploma in (general) nursing
• the diploma in midwifery

obtained in Hungary by the Applicant.

What does the Certificate of Confomity (also known as Compliance Letter, Certificate of Compliance) attest?

It confirms that the training led to the obtainment of the qualification satisfies the training requirements laid down in the relevant Articles (24, 31, 34, 40-41, 44) of the European Parliament and Council Directive 2005/36/EC on the recognition of professional qualifications.

• application form filled out and signed by the Applicant,
• copy of the valid passport/ID card,
• copy of any official document concerning the applicant’s registered address
• copy of the diploma,
• receipt of bank transfer or the postal cheque about the payment of the fee of the procedure.
