Information about the administrative break and the opening hours of the customer service

Dear Customers!
Please be informed that according to the decision of the government the Directorate will hold an administrative break from 29th of December 2025 to 31st of December 2025. Under the administrative break, between 24th of December and 2nd of January, the personal and telephone customer services, and the administration will not operate in all of our departments. The requests sent via e-mail will be recieved, however their processing will start after the administrative break, from the 5th of January 2026.
The period of the administrative break is not be counted in the procedure time. Therefore the starting day of the procedures of the applications sent in under the administrative break will be on the 5th of January 2026. The procedure time in the cases started before 24th of December 2025 will be extended with the period of the administrative break.
At our customer service office located at 24 Horánszky Street, the opening hours for personal and telephone customer service will change during the holiday period as follows:
- On Tuesday, 23th of December 2025, personal and telephone customer service will be available between 8:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
- Between 24th of December 2025 and 4th of January 2026, our customer service office will be closed at all our departments.
- From 5th of January 2026, the directorate will continue the work in the same opening hours as in 2025.
