The authentication of medical certificates to be used abroad

The National Directorate General for Hospitalsis responsible for the authentication of medical reports to be used abroad.

You need to submit the following documents in the procedure:
- Application form filled out by the Applicant
- Medical report which requires the authentication
- Signature sample filled by the doctor who issued the medical report

Please note that our Authority can authenticate medical report which was issued by a doctor with valid operational license.

The administrative deadline is 60 days.
