Opening hours of the customer service due to the holiday

Dear Customers, 

Please be informed, that due to the holiday, the Directorate’s customer service will be unavailable by phone (+36-1/411-1146) on the 19th and 20th of August 2024. The personal customer service at 1085 Budapest, Horánszky str. 24. will be closed on the 20th of August 2024. The requests sent via e-mail will be recieved, however their processing will start on the 21st of August 2024.

Administrative break

Dear Customers!

Please be informed that according to the decision of the government the Directorate will hold an administrative break from 27th of December 2023 to 1st of January 2024.

Under the administrative break the personal and telephone customer services, and the administration will not operate in all of our departments. The requests sent via e-mail will be recieved, however their processing will start after the administrative break, from the 2nd of January 2024.

The period of the administrative break is not be counted in the procedure time. Therefore the starting day of the procedures of the applications sent in under the administrative break will be on the 2nd of January 2024. The procedure time in the cases started before 27th of December 2023 will be extended with the period of the administrative break.
